Technical Infrastructure
Our Technical Services Division comprises four roles:
• Field Service
• Call Centre
• Parts Centre
• Logistics Centre
Field Service
Our field based engineering personnel work throughout England, Scotland and
Wales. They are split into three geographic areas:

• Scotland and the North of England
• Central and South-West England and Wales
• South and Eastern England
• Ireland covered by long established contractor fully manufacturer trained
Our Field Service objectives are:
• 86% of all calls responded to in less than 4 hours
• 100% of all calls responded to within 8 hours
• A first time fix rate for 87% of all calls
Call Centre
• We manage all calls through the call centre and our staff answers 99.9% in
less than 20 seconds.
• We record and settle the calls received between 08.30-1700 hours.
• The Call Centre can provide management information to check performance
against the standards needed as well as frequency and nature of calls received.
Parts Centre
• Each engineer carries a complimentary stock of spares. If a field technician
does not have a particular part, we can dispatch it the same day to ensure it is
with them by the next day.
• We have a full audit trail of the movement and use of parts between our field
service team, the centre and our suppliers.
